Blake Belladonna from Rooster Teeth’s RWBY

PAX Prime 2013 was my first convention experience, and also my first attempt at cosplay.

I hadn’t planned on cosplaying at first, but after some insistence from friends I ended up deciding on something (relatively) simple, and someone I could conceivably pull off. I ended up with Blake.

A few people recognized the character (which was nice). Highlight of the convention? Having my picture taken (which as a first time cosplayer, was also pretty nice).

Didn’t personally take many pictures of the final costume, I think we were too busy forgetting to take pictures during the convention.
